What we do

Maddox provides machine floor scrubbing for warehouses, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings; post-construction floor cleaning for general contractors and incoming tenants; recurring floor maintenance programs; and driveway and jobsite stain removal for contractors and property managers. Janitorial for offices and restrooms is available as an add-on to a floor program.

Floor scrubbing is the core of the business, and the other services are built on the same equipment, chemistry, and standards.

How we work

• The quote is a single figure, and any change in scope is agreed before work begins.
• Cleaning chemistry and pads are selected for the soil and the surface.
• Nights, weekends, and between-shift windows are standard scheduling.
• Work is performed by Maddox personnel with Maddox equipment; nothing is subcontracted.

Leadership

Brandon Maddox is a U.S. military veteran with a background in the janitorial supply industry, where he worked with the chemistry, equipment, dispensers, and consumables that commercial facilities depend on. He founded Maddox to perform the machine floor care his customers were buying chemistry and equipment for. He quotes every job, sets the standard each job is performed to, and remains the point of escalation for every account.

Equipment and chemistry

Maddox maintains its commercial auto scrubbers in-house. Cleaning chemistry is selected for each floor and sourced through Hospeco Brands and CCP Direct supply lines.
