A driveway shared by several homes or a pool deck is the most visible surface on the property, and a stain from a dumpster, a delivery truck, a leaking car, or a contractor’s equipment stays until it is treated with the right chemistry. Maddox works for the homeowner or the association directly, or for the contractor responsible for the stain, and quotes from a photo before the first visit.
Common floor conditions
Rust rings and streaks
Dumpsters, planters, patio furniture, and irrigation water leave rust on concrete and pavers. A rust remover made for the surface dissolves it, and the area is rinsed to match.
Oil, hydraulic fluid, and grease
Leaking vehicles, delivery trucks, and equipment stain porous driveways. The stain is treated with a degreaser, machine-scrubbed, and rinsed with the water recovered, and what soaked in is drawn back out.
Pool decks and coping
Calcium scale, tannin, and organic staining on concrete and stone pool surrounds are identified first, because stone is treated with pH-neutral products only.
Garage floors
Bare and epoxy-coated garage slabs are degreased and machine-scrubbed, and tire marks are treated at the turns.
Natural stone and pavers
Limestone, travertine, marble, and clay pavers are etched by acid-based cleaners, so stains on those surfaces are quoted after a test patch.
Shared surfaces
Common drives shared by several homes are treated as one surface and rinsed evenly so the result is uniform, with the association or the responsible party invoiced.
